Buehler Companies will issue an initial project management report to all involved parties for the duration of the project. Quality control will be provided and measured ultimately by you the customer! We would like your feedback. Based upon your feedback, Buehler will make corrective actions to accommodate your concerns.
Buehler Companies corporate quality control process includes multiple levels of detailed supervision and training of personnel to ensure buildings and moved items are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
An employee move package will be made available via the Buehler Companies Move Management Team. This package outlines procedures i.e. packing/labeling, plus any additional instructions deemed necessary.
A pre-inspection walk-through with building management will be performed before each phase of the project, and any previous damage noted.
The facility protection materials we will install consist of cardboard corners in high traffic areas. Wall surface will be covered with corrugated cardboard that will protect the walls from dirt and scuff marks up to 48’ in height. All finished floors, covered tile, wood or carpeting will be covered with Masonite and/or carpet mask.
Buehler Companies certified supervisors will monitor the relocation process of loading, transport, unloading and final placement of furniture and equipment. All items will be pad-wrapped and strapped into vans and transported on dollies to final destination by our trained moving crews.
