It’s finally 2014 and Buehler
Companies is extremely excited for the upcoming year. We have been growing
as a Moving Company and we are hoping that we will continue to grow. Not just
for business reasons, but also internally as we strive to make as many improvements
to our services to ensure that we define quality.
One of the biggest things that we have been working on was
our “Willingness to recommend” score from Mayflower Transit and United Van Lines. We are happy
to announce that our scores have been improving vastly throughout the year. We
have amped up our Customer Services team with the added tools that they needed
to make moving a lot easier for our customers.
Buehler Companies is proud to say that we have increased
productivity in the office by upgrading all of our computers so that we can
have a quicker and more reliable response time. We understand that your items
are in our care and having fast answers is a must.
We have taken the questions out of the equation! Our sales staff
has been provided with a list of commonly asked moving questions so that they
can answer everything up front before you move. This also helps our customers
to feel informed. I believe that’s a win for everyone!
The crews are now being graded! We wanted to make sure that
our moving crews were doing the best possible job for you that they can. So
now, we are asking every customer to fill out a moving
survey and let us know how we are doing. Your opinion matters more than
anything to us and helps us to identify where we need to make improvements.
We have also implemented a new process for claims. Last
year, we realized that we needed to have a process in place that not only made
handling claims easier, but also to ensure that our customers are satisfied
with how that claim was handled. So we hired Pam Fischer and she has made a
major impact on claim resolution for our company. She handles each and every
one of our customers with care and a professional manner. We are proud to have
her on our team.
Our Social Networking has also increased. We are having a
lot of fun on Facebook, Twitter and Blogger. A lot of people say “You
are doing all of that for a Moving
Company?” and the answer is yes! We care about our customers, online
presence and helping people.
Every day, we are looking for new ways to help you though
your moving process. We have been working on making hints and tips as
well as checklists
to get your though the process a lot smoother and with less of a headache.
